Firstly, I play Sims on Windows 7 and have all the latest patches available which have been downloaded via the game launcher.
Please make sure your game is up to date and you have all the games (EP's & SP's: Expansion Packs/Stuff Packs) required and listed with each download; unless otherwise stated, you will need all EP/SP's. **With exception of Katy Perry Sweet Treats, as I don't own it and never will!**
If you see any game icons under the download link, that means it requires those EP/SP's to play.

If any downloads require certain 'The Sims 3 official Store' items and you don't own those items, the game will replace the said item with something you do own in game.
All uploads to Cupcake-Sim are added to a Zip File (unless uploaded to TheSims3.com) and the majority are 'Sim 3 Pack Files' within (unless otherwise stated); which means you can unzip, double click to install via your launcher.
All files are uploaded to Mediafire or at 'My Studio' at TheSims3.com; you do not need to be a member at Mediafire to be able to download any Cupcake-Sim creations.
All Cupcake-Sim creations are virus free and have been thoroughly checked before uploading to Mediafire.
Each Cupcake-Sim content is named 'C.S - and then the name of the download', so you can easily locate creations made by Cupcake-Sim in your Downloads folder should you wish to remove them.
All Cupcake-Sim creations are free and will remain free!
